VID’s February 11 Meeting Focused on Endorsements February 11 Meeting Minutes Co-President Mar Fitzgerald opened the February 11 meeting by announcing there would be lots of endorsements today.  Co-President Cam Krause delivered the President’s Report, saying we had signed on to the Invest in Our New York Coalition, involved with taxation and advocating to invest in housing and public services.  He also announced that the two Co-Presidents will be sending regular emails–David Siffert and Livvie Mann will be in charge.  […]

The First Meeting of the Year Highlighted Ranked Choice Voting, NYC Candidate Endorsements and VID Elections Full Meeting Minutes Co-President Cam Krause opened the January 14th General Meeting with a vote on the agenda, which passed unanimously.  Co-President Mar Fitzgerald gave the President’s Report.  She announced it was the first meeting of 2021, also the first meeting under her and Cam’s leadership.  She said they were very honored to be serving as Co-Presidents, and that the Executive Committee had signed […]

High Spirits Dominated the November 2018 Meeting with NYS Senate Democratic Majority and Congressional Victories Throughout the State and Nation. Erik Coler opened the November 2018 Meeting with congratulations to a long list of VID members whose unceasing volunteerism made a tangible difference, with a special shout out to Erik Bottcher, Laurie Hardjowirogo, and Tony Hoffmann.
