The May 2018 Membership Meeting Focused on NYS and Judicial Endorsements May 2018 Membership Meeting Minutes Erik Coler congratulated everyone for the great job done on the Candidates Forum on Monday. After reviewing the endorsement rules, Erik Coler, President, asked for a motion to allow the Executive Committee to endorse for the AG position in the fall. VID Special Endorsement Meeting May 29th There will be a General Membership Meeting, Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 @ 8 pm LOCATION: Greenwich House – 27 Barrow St (4th Floor) We will be holding a special endorsement meeting for the remaining candidates for the VID petitions. VID 2018 Endorsements

After well-attended Candidates Forums on February 8th and May 7th, VID 2018 endorsements backed… With an interesting array of new (and yet to be decided) contenders for NYS offices, VID decided a little rattling was in order.  With a 17 vote margin, Cynthia Nixon won the Club’s endorsement with another 15 members voting for no endorsement.  See NY Post coverage.
